What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Is it safe to pay online on your website?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–4 business days for major cities and 4–7 business days for other areas. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer free delivery?

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Our products are carefully formulated for sensitive skin. We recommend a patch test before full application.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days for sealed, unused products in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Sale items, opened or used products, and gift cards are not eligible for return. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I request a refund?
WhatsApp us at +92 300 2959019 with your order number and reason. Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
